Accident Investigations

Once an accident occurs at your workplace immediate attention is needed.  If you lack having a trained safety professional available right after the accident TSCC can come to the accident location and perform a detailed analysis of the accident, to include finding root causes performing a fault tree analysis and providing a report outlined with photos and timeline.   A compete recreation (re-enactment) is possible, call for more details.
