California HAZMAT Business Plan Development

California Certified Unified Program Agencies (CUPA) requires County wide business plans that exceed their limit for hazardous materials.  This plan requires fee submittals and applications towards a county relationship for inspection, enforcement and fire code response.  Typically, the Fire Marshall, or county inspector(s) will identify this need.  It makes better proactive sense to find out first to avoid any costly penalties for non-submittal.  TSCC will work closely with you and your resident county to ensure compliance and a healthy relationship.
