Under the PSM regulation 29 CFR 1910.119 a PHA must be performed every 5 years. TSCC can revalidate a current PHA or provide support, guidance and written documentation of a completed new PHA. Projected timeline completion varies depending on plant size and team members involved. TSCC primarily utilizes a “What If” checklist to perform the PHA.
