TSCC can coach and mentor your supervisors for items that would normally be overlooked in the realm of health and safety. First the supervisors must attend a “Safety for the Supervisor” course. Then, the supervisors will be guided in the field with hands on instruction on working with their employees to help coach them and start looking and thinking about all potential hazards. Finally, the supervisors will be tested to ensure the training was effective. The overall time frame for Supervisor Mentoring usually takes 3-4 weeks depending on the number of supervisors on your staff.
